Healing the
whole body.

Our holistic approach to wellness addresses an individual’s emotional, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual well-being. We have programs to alleviate pain, restore sleep, quiet the mind, and more—to improve health and well-being.

Massage Therapy

Close your eyes and unwind.

Massage therapy can decrease stress; increase relaxation; and reduce pain, soreness, and tension. See how improved circulation, energy, and alertness will benefit you.

Quantum Touch

Experience touch-based healing.

Quantum Touch is a powerful form of energy healing. While sitting on a chair or lying on a massage table, the practitioner uses gentle, hands-on contact to heal a specific area of the body that requires attention.

Reflexology

Improve nerve function and circulation.

Practitioners apply pressure with the thumbs to specific points on the feet and hands to stimulate natural healing throughout the entire body. The reflex points on the foot correspond to organs, glands, and bodily systems.

Reiki

Balance your energy with Reiki.

A Japanese form of energy healing, Reiki uses a technique known as “palm healing” to encourage emotional or physical healing. It can help treat chronic pain, stress, and anxiety—as well as post-traumatic stress (PTS) and traumatic brain injury (TBI).

Yoga

Better health through breath and movement.

Breathe easily, move freely, rest deeply, and focus on what is working in your life. With yoga, the aim is to control and still the mind to relieve worry and regulate emotions.

Neuro Fitness

Repair and restore brain function.

Already in practice at Clear Path Massachusetts and coming soon to Clear Path New York, the neuro-fitness program improves function for veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress (PTS) and traumatic brain injuries (TBI). This nonsurgical approach to neurological rehabilitation creates long-term sustainable solutions to help veterans heal.

Outdoor Recreation

Experience the great outdoors.

There is so much to do on our 78-acre campus. Join us for basketball, tennis, corn hole, trail hiking, snowshoeing, fly tying, or a golf outing just down the road.

Art Classes

Express yourself.

When words fail and pain is too deep, art speaks. Creating art is proven to facilitate the creative process and to encourage emotional healing. Enroll in a class with instructors who specialize in a variety of mediums and focuses.

Group Reset

Heal together.

Our full-day integrative medicine experiences begin with acupuncture, mindfulness & meditation, talks, and presentations. We break for a delicious healthy lunch and finish with one-on-one modalities.
