Women's Wellness Retreat

The Clear Path for Veterans Southern Tier Team will be hosting a Women's Wellness Retreat at Greek Peak Mountain Resort in Cortland, NY.

The retreat will consist of morning group activities and a walk around of various workshops after lunch. Instructor Sarah Karaman will be hosting a lecture on stress and an afternoon make-your-own tea workshop. Instructor Melissa Triano will be hosting a group pilates and sound therapy workshops.

Following lunch there will be chair massages, tea making, and more wellness/art-focused workshops.

‍

This wellness retreat is complimentary and open to women veterans and military connected spouses/partners and caregivers that reside in the Southern Tier region of New York State.
