Gardening 101: Container Gardening

Clear Path for Veterans has partnered with the Onondaga Cornell Cooperative Extension Master Gardener's Program to offer free gardening workshops. Are you interested in gardening but do not have space for a garden? Using a container garden allows you to grow vegetables or herbs without needing a large space. Master Gardeners will provide participants with a short class on gardening tips and information to include maintaining containers during the growing season as well as watering and drainage.

All materials will be provided. Classes are open to veterans, military members, and their families. Gardeners of all experience levels and ages are welcome to join.

Please note: All children must be accompanied for the entirety of the class by a participating adult that can assist the child if needed.
