Although there are many styles of yoga, the overall principle is universal: bring the mind, body, and spirit into union. Our practice works from the inside out by allowing you to control and still the mind.
For those that have never tried it, yoga is essentially configuring your body into various positions and then holding that posture. In these positions, your muscles tighten, and your balance is challenged. Keeping the posture requires focus and attention—while the body is engaged, the mind is solely tasked with finding and maintaining stillness with each pose.
Through focused breath and movement, you will gain flexibility, balance, and better health.
