Yin Yoga is a gentle relaxing yoga practice focused on deep stretches that are held for longer periods of time than other yoga practices. This practice encourages one to slow down and relax which helps alleviate stress and restore energy levels. A consistent Yin Yoga practice results in improved flexibility, circulation, and reduced tension.
This workshop is open to veterans, military members, and their families. Participants are encouraged to attend this workshop and the meditation session immediately after from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm.
