In collaboration with clinical nutritionist Sarah Karaman, we will be hosting a virtual workshop to discuss tips and tricks in nutrition to help foster a better night's sleep. Guests will leave with answers to some of the following questions:
-Do you wake up and feel unrested?
-Do you have a hard time falling asleep?
-Does pain hinder your sleep?
-Do you have a hard time getting your mind to shut off in order to fall and stay asleep?
This workshop is complimentary and open to veterans, service members, and military-connected families.
