This workshop will provide participants the opportunity to destress and learn about different mindfulness techniques and skills. Mindfulness and meditation can help to calm anxious emotions and allow the individual to engage in active listening and healthy coping mechanisms.
This workshop is complimentary and open to veterans, military members, and their families. Participants are encouraged to attend this workshop and the yoga session immediately before, from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm.
