Blacksmithing Workshop

Clear Path for Veterans is excited to welcome Mark Teece back to campus to offer Blacksmithing classes throughout the summer months.

Guests will forge their own grilling instrument to take home! This three hour hands-on class will introduce you to blacksmithing and working with hot iron to make useful objects. You will learn techniques like drawing out, bending, twisting, scrolling, and more to create a fire poker to take home with you. We will also cover the correct hammer technique, and the use of anvils, vises, and tongs.

The class is open to ADULT students of all skill levels and each class is limited to 8 students. This workshop is complimentary and open to veterans, service members, and military-connected families.
